This is what happens if you build the new ip_filter code with out-of-date
includes.  My advice is to either (a) get and install a newer snapshot or
(b) run through a _complete_ build.  There's a less painful way than (b),
if you are familiar with the process, but it's easier to just do (a) and
be done with it.
