It's not in any of the sets, though, so it wont show up in a bare 1.3
Distribution. Is thatp deliberate?

i.e., are people meant to sup it as part of pkgsrc, or should it be
included in the 1.3 distribution etc.tgz?  if the latter, it needs to
go in distrib/sets/lists/etc/mi (on both branches) as well.
