My -current kernel as of Feb 18 fails to talk to my ISA Adaptec 1542CF
SCSI bus. At boottime, it configs the card, but never shows
scsibus1 at aha0 etc...  instead it produces an error-message (something,
like Cannot allocate control blocks). This card is my second SCSI card,
the other is a PCI ncr card.                

I'll try to find out more and more accurate information this evening,
(This is on my home-machine, and my ISP went down yesterday :{)
and give you a better report of what's wrong.
