Recently, while playing around with some kerberos stuff, I discovered that
/bin/sh won't allow you to "cd ./" in NetBSD-current.  (Don't know if it
ever did do this, really.)  Not knowing what POSIX or other things say
about this, I'm hoping that somebody can fill me in.  Is this issue
addressed at all?

Currently, sh will let me "cd foo", "cd foo/", or "cd .".  But "cd ./"
isn't allowed.

Thoughts?
