It doesn't say! What I really get is:

	A network error occured:
	unable to connect to server (TCP Error: XP_GetBuiltinString: 1015 not
found)
	The server may be down or unreachable.

	Try connecting again later.

Which is really helpful. Do other people's builds do this? If not, I'd
better start debugging :-(
