As Dave Huang and Urban Boquist rightly point out, I was talking
nonsense and was invoking csh's kill, so could someone please close
and throw away misc/5327. (And maybe as a bonus tell me how I could
have done so myself - man send-pr and a browse of the webpages didn't
help me.)
