	er, well, kinda can't get it to hang anymore. :)  Rearranged the
cards a couple times, put it back to normal and it was working.
	On the other hand, I did manage to find a certain order of PCI cards
which causes similar beahvior on the serial console... mysteriously
occuring as soon as the de0 interface is configured... hmmmm...
