Is there a man page for ch(4)?  I've found the one for chio(1), but I
guess it'd be nice to know a little bit about what devices ch(4) is
expected to work with.  It could also be good to have an idea of what
IOCTL's work with it.  (I'm assuming that's how it works; I haven't read
the source for chio yet.)

Is there really such a man page, and I haven't been looking in the right
places?

If I knew what should go into it, I'd volunteer to write one...
