i've noticed that the time zone source files in ~src/share/zoneinfo
differ slightly from the set that i find on solaris or bsdi (or many
others, i'm sure).  does anyone know the ultimate source of this
information?  i'm not questioning its validity or how up-to-date it
is, but rather, where i can find it.

help?  please??
