[I know pcvt will be superceded by wscons once that's done]

miyu# grep BIN /sys/arch/i386/isa/pcvt/Util/ispcvt/Makefile
BINDIR= /usr/sbin

I wonder why ispcvt is installed into /usr/sbin, whereelse everything else
from -current pcvt goes into /usr/local. Is there some reason I don't see,
of should this be installed into /usr/local/sbin as all the other pcvt
tools?
