Nothing is in there yet - just empty directories.  There's no _files_
there yet.  ;)  I expect to have the linux and djgpp packages up tonight
(they are my testbeds) and alpha tomorrow.

Only alpha, powerpc, mipsel, mipseb, and vax will be in there to start with.
This is because binutils cannot create dynamically linked binaries for the
a.out platforms (excepting vax, which is static by nature).  I'll probably
add the other platforms, but with a warning message that ``this only creates
statically linked executables''.

There is someone already working on patches to binutils as and ld to make
them work with shared libraries on the a.out platforms.
