It doesn't work at all on two of my systems (NetBSD/i386, Aug 15 kernel
and NetBSD/mac68k, Jul 22 kernel). tail /kern/msgbuf doesn't display
anything at all; I just get my prompt back. However, on another
NetBSD/i386 machine, Jul 22 kernel, I get output, although it doesn't
show the bottom 3 lines (~300 bytes).
