Yes, but only if both parts of the Class C network are further
subnetted, using masks longer than 24 bits.  You could, for
example, have one itnerface sit in q.r.s.32 with mask of
255.255.255.224, and then the other interface could sit in
q.r.s.64 with the same mask...
