Either your src/gnu/lib/bfd was never built (it needs this auto-generated
file), or your dependencies are out of date and you need to re-run "make
depend" in src/gnu/usr.bin/binutils.

Also, your src/gnu/usr.bin/binutils/Makefile.inc may need updating - a fix
was put in if you're using objdirs to find bfd.h in the right place.

The binutils build procedure will get an overhaul soon and use the installed
bfd.h and libbfd like they should.
