$< != ${.ALLSRC}.  $< == ${.IMPSRC}, which is only provided for implicit
rules like `.c.o'.

For ${.ALLSRC}'s equivalent, you should be using $> - software which assumes
that $< is the one is Broken (er, BROKEN - fix those capitals).
