You built a cross toolchain directly in src/tgnu/dist and did not "make
distclean" before building using the NetBSD makefiles.
Do:
> cd /usr/src/gnu/dist/gcc
> make distclean
> cd ../../usr.bin/egcs
> make cleandir
before your next build attempt.
