Uh, this is , after all Net_BSD_.  I propose to change the default
root shell back immediately, at least until the matter is discussed in
theappropriate forum and we reach a consensus.
Maybe a suitable consensus would be
     `sysinst should let you set the default root shell'.

Or maybe we should consider reinstating `toor, too.
