In the version of krb5 we just installed, kadmind4 wouldn't work with
the k4 passwd program.  I believe one of our local programmers did a
bit of hacking on it to get it to work with the k4 passwd programs we
have scattered around.  I could be mistaken, but I'm relatively sure
that was one of the problems he found/fixed, anyway.
