AFAIK, Kawasaki LSI USB-Ethernet chip, is called KCUSB16B, don't conform
the version 1.1 of USB communication devices. In fact, there were
no standard when it was designed.
Therefore, USB-Ethernet products using it such as Peracom also don't
conform. I think 3Com, Actton and Linksys maybe use it.
