So, Makefile says
	.if defined(DOMESTIC)
	...

Where would this canonically be defined, if I wanted it defined?  :)  It
looks sort of like I should be tweaking either /etc/mk.conf or
/usr/share/mk/bsd.own.mk, but I can't tell which.
