Yes, and this will bite you sometimes.

However, "make cleandir" in this case wastefully blows
away what you want to preserve with the "UPDATE=1" flag
mentioned in a previous article.

# cd /usr/src; find -type l -name obj.<arch> -print | xargs rm -f
# make cleandir && make obj
# make build "UPDATE=1"
