Both are 1.6. The version on rtsol.c is 1.3.
Just In Case sup is sick, here are sums:

Perhaps you could compare cksum(1) on those files on your end?
Additionally, I find the code referring to u6_addr surrounded by
#ifndef ADVAPI
and the u6_addr is nowhere else referenced except for that line,
perhaps ADVAPI -should- be defined somewhere? This would prevent
the code from being used, but I'm ignorant about what this
section is doing.
