I suppose you need to add `options PCIBIOS_BUS_FIXUP' in
your config file.

 > cardbus0 at cardslot0: bus 0 device 0 cacheline 0x0, lattimer 0x20

BIOS does not set the bus number of cardbus.  So we need
PCIBIOS_BUS_FIXUP.
