Wierd. The web page updates are delayed, but you should have got mail
back right away. In any case, I checked on gnats.netbsd.org, and the
latest PR with your name on it is from July this year. I suggest you
wait to see if any PR's following yours show up before resubmitting.

fsck often detects a problem with the FAT32 extended partition, but
this appears to be innocuous.
I recently tried to rsync some directories with long filenames
(including spaces) from an ISO CD into the extended partition, and
that was a mess. After win95 scandisk got done with it, all the long
names on the destination's containing folders were lost, but no old
data was lost. PR kern/5468 possibly applies to this.
