Sysinst is failing (1.4P) at the "please enter a name for your disk
...[mydisk]" prompt.  It looks like it's saying "Couldn't open ...disktab...",
but I can't read it, because it gets erased instantly; after this, you're just
back to a root prompt.  Any suggestions?
