I'm trying to use a NetGear FA310TX on a 10 Mbit network (using the tlp
driver). It autosenses the media OK, but it refuses to send and receive
packets from the network.

If I use ifconfig to explicitely set the media, then it starts to send,
but still cannot receive. If set it in promiscuous mode, then it works.

So, what more info do I need to provide to make a bug report that makes
sense?
