	Thanks, I now checked rfc-index, this is interesting.  Where did
	IMAP1 (if exist) defined?  And what was "I" or "IMAP1"?

	Anyway I'll change it to honor version 4 ("Internet Message Access
	Protocol" - or some short notation if it does not fit the width).
