Well, for what it's worth, the "full" version is irritatingly large - after
aggressively removing languages I don't know, I got it down to about 120MB.
That's not as big as StarOffice, but it's pretty big for my laptop.  :(
However, with the one file (wp.drs) snipped from the "demo" version, it works
fine.  Reads '.doc' files, etc.

Yup.  I'm not sure it's any better than StarOffice, really.  I'm comparing
them, and StarOffice has much nicer-looking fonts.  :)  They're both huge.

I really wish the version included with "Corel Linux Deluxe" were a separate
CD, not a '.deb' package file.

Anyway, I'm currently upgrading my mom's laptop, so I'm gonna see if I can
pick her up a Corel WP8 for Linux CD tomorrow; CompUSA had them for $20.  If
I can, then I'll put it on her laptop before I send it back.
