Well, Applix is a pain to install, but I got it.
1. I had to install several RPM's in /, then move the libraries elsewhere,
because they were tagged as non-relocatable.
2. Several packages had install scripts which assumed that /bin/sh was
bash, but they weren't running in emulation, so they didn't get
/emul/linux/bin/sh. If you don't run these scripts, the programs are
unusable.
3. I still get:
/usr/pkg/applix/axdata/fontmetrics/gallium/fs/axfontfs: error in loading shared libraries: /usr/pkg/applix/axdata/fontmetrics/gallium/fs/axfontfs: undefined symbol: gfs_main
But... IT WORKS! It even *SHOWS REVISIONS IN DOC FILES THE WAY IT IS PROBABLY
SUPPOSED TO*.
I am in awe. I'm a little worried about the export "as RTF", but...
Overall, about as easy to install as WP8, and looks to be a little better
integrated. Not as cool-looking as StarOffice, but more powerful...
