Yep, the lightweight (lwresd) will cache responses.  There is no
config file that sets the cache limits, etc, however.  Yet.  There
will be eventually.

Ideally, the lightweight resolver and named could be combined into one
binary, since they do a lot of the same things.  It would make sense
to treat the lightweight resolver as another "view" rather than as
some special, separate entity.
