I've been doing some heavy debugging on the DHCP server, and I'm
planning to do a mass import.   It sounds like it's approved for
pullup.   So that should solve the problem.   I'm sorry it's taking so
long, but I have been running into a number of unexpected bugs, and I
want to get them fixed before I do the import.   I basically have one
left, and it's highly reproducible, so I have hopes that I'll get it
in today.
