	(not sure if current-users is the right place to announce about 1.5
	change, but...)

	I've pulled up sys/net/pfkeyv2.h change for RFC2367 conformance,
	into netbsd-1-5 branch (working branch for 1.5_ALPHA).
	I'm sorry to ask you this, but:
	PLEASE BE SURE TO RECOMPILE IPSEC RELATED BINARIES.
	it includes:
		lib/libipsec
		sbin/setkey
		usr.bin/netstat
		pkgsrc/security/racoon
	without this fix, we will have partial RFC2367 conformance, so it 
	should be solved before 1.5 is out.  Thank you for your help.
