Hi, I've been playing with my pcmciad for the last few days in my free
time (which hasn't been much), and I've improved it quite a bit. It still
polls the ethernet device list, but it is much more functional now, as
well as more sane and I've even documented it a bit.

please report any problems with it to me as I'd like to get this thing
working perfectly. I've been using it for the past few hours with
DIAGNOSTIC defined, and it seems to be working just fine.
