it appears that recently pkgsrc changed the name of the gettext package
to gettext-lib.  (same version, even...  gettext-0.10.35nb1 to
gettext-lib-0.10.35nb1)

is there some magic pkg_* incantation to use to rename the package?  or
should there be a conflict between gettext and gettext-lib so that
updating gettext-lib pkg_deletes gettext?

what's the cleanest way to transition?
