Not sure what you mean. Initialy most work has been getting ISDN4BSD support
NetBSD, but that has been done ages ago. The import itself dealed more with
formalisms.

Depends on the code of the driver. If you understand that code, and understand
the NetBSD version of the layer 1 interface (which will change in the near
future, but with that change also will get documented) it is fairly
straightforward.
What FreeBSD driver are you talking about? How partial is it? Does the
board use one of the nowadays common chipsets (cologne chips, TigerJet,
Winbond)?
