i don't know if my problem is the same as yours, but on my DEC 3000/300LX alpha
box i had a filesystem get corrupted and panic the kernel. i thought it may
have been related to having a not entirely correct disklabel on the RZ26L (i
had a hard time finding much info on that thing, it appears that most people
just throw them away when they get them *G*) so i put an RZ28 in it instead.
i have since seen one filesystem corruption and panic in the middle of building
-current from a mid-march snapshot but haven't seen one since. i also haven't
stressed the disk as much since then either. so i don't know if -current
solved the problem or if it was that i haven't stressed the disks.
also, i see it on one filesystem not across the entire disk. let me build
world again and see if i can get it to crash now that i'm running current.
