Hi,
I've changed the build process to only install "usable" headers
off kernel sys/dev/ subtree. This issue has been discussed
on tech-kern@ previously. 

I've ensured MI bits in our tree still build and that those headers
needed for build of our tree are still installed under
/usr/include/dev/. However, it's possible I've overlook
something or some headers are needed by third party software.
If you encounter any problems, please report it, so that it
can be fixed.
