Oh, xdm (in default xdm/Xsessions files) uses xrdb which has
/usr/libexec/cpp hardcoded - maybe due to imake which also has
it hardcoded.  Should it be linked to /usr/libexec/cpp0 or to
/usr/bin/cpp   until the new toolchain is default and cf/NetBSD.cf
gets updated?
