Well, you can build Cygwin binaries on NetBSD, so it's only fair that
you should be able to build NetBSD under Cygwin.
Besides, they don't have many packages, but their package installer is
way cool. It would be so diabolical if we had something like that, so
that you could install a dual-booting NetBSD system from within Windows.
