Hi,
Is there any advantage to using USETOOLS=yes when host == target?  I can
see why the new tool system is necessary when cross compiling (infact, I
think its awesome!), but I'm not sure if there is any reason for me to use
it on my home system...  I've read the mailing list archives, but I
couldn't find any message that really outlined the motivation.
