aclocal shouldn't even be run here; Makefile.gnuwrap exists to prevent it.

You might want to reupdate src/gnu/dist/toolchain to make sure aclocal
didn't clobber anything, and update src/tools to make sure you have the
latest structure in there.  I just checked by `touch'ing
src/gnu/dist/texinfo/acinclude.m4, and building in src/tools/texinfo didn't
elicit running aclocal.
