Okay, what you do like about his:

	PKG_DBDIR=${DESTDIR}/var/db/syspkg ${PKG_CMD} $*

Install this as syspkg_add and create hard links for _admin, _create,
_delete and _info.

Comments please... I can add these to usr.sbin/pkg_install/syspkg
if that's what people want. I'd like to see this in 1.6 if possible.
