Hi!
As already mentioned in my former mail and in
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-alpha/2001/11/26/0005.html
it seems to be a real/general problem. Didn't find a pr about it...
Is it a bug? Should I send a pr?
Or is there any solution (beside 'net.inet.tcp.cwm=0' ;-)) for this
network performance problem.
Otherwise the default should switch back to '0'.
