Hello folks.  I notice that I cannot tar up a directory on the fly
anymore on ftp.netbsd.org.  I use this feature to pull down portions of the
source tree to apply fixes and perform updates.  Is this brokenness
deliberate, or is it just the fallout from an upgrade?  I see the tar
program in the /bin directory of the ftp environment, but the ftpd doesn't
use it when I ask for a tar extension.
	Could someone fix this, or tell me who I should ask?
