I see this too on a Orinoco Silver card (some times just out of the blue,
and ~reapeatable under heavy load). Firmware is latest available version.

I didn't get around to into it yet ;-}

Doing "ifconfig wi0 down", waiting a bit, then doing "ifconfig wi0 up"
fixes it for me.

I only see it with the card in a cardbus slot (which is known to have
timing problems), both other cards of mine in pcmcia slots do not show
this problem.

Any ideas welcome.
