I did, and it seems to solve _all_ problems I had (beside the crashed
disklabel of my tibook ;-))! Great and thanks!

I'm running now 'options NEW_BUFQ_STRATEGY' on my i386, macppc and
sparc happily and doing some stress testing (compiling, nfs serving)
without any problem so far...
