Please nuke (rm -rf) pkgsrc/print/teTeX-sharesrc and cvs update again.
That should fix this problem.

It is not necessary to run the script against pkgsrc. Neither against
xsrc, or othersrc.

Nothing to worry, the script just incorrectly replaces local
CVS/Repository contents for teTeX-sharesrc (actually, for
.*sharesrc). Shouldn't cause any other problem.
