Apparently the Razor servers have been unreliable lately, and spamd wedges
when this happens.  Add

score RAZOR_CHECK                    0
score RAZOR2_CHECK                   0

to your /usr/pkg/etc/spamassassin/local.cf file (and, sadly, put up with the
extra spam...).
