Anyone know anything about this gizmo?  I'm trying to debug IRQ routing
problems with it, and I noticed lots of support code in pccbb.c for the
113x and 12xx series chips, but nothing for the 1510...  It's either general
BIOS suckiness, or a need for magic for this particular chip, but I can't
tell which.
