Have you checked out the netbsd-2-0 xsrc branch?
Do you have ANY old/stale stuff hanging around in your xsrc? Check with 
'cvs update -I\!' to make sure. Esp. check for some symlinks that
should not be there... (don't ask me what that is, I had it from several 
previous builds).
